Things have been extremely quiet for the last couple of years.

I think mostly everyone has moved onto bigger and better things. Really this site is just a reminder of what once was. I've considered starting a few projects, but the motivation really isn't there since I'm the last one standing.

Just figured I'd post something in case someone whether it be a translator, scanner, editor, etc. was still out there in the distance waiting for someone to do something.

Anyways if anyone wants to get a hold of me, I'm still around, message me or email me, if you don't know how I guess comment in this post!

Achea is mine

Hello everyone, last month was a bit busy, and I think I'm a week late this time too, but I'm trying to keep myself to releasing a new chapter at the beginning of every month.
This time we have some depressed Achea, the must have inspirational speech from the queen, and Wirt with his usual cheerfulness. Oh, and there was this infinitely annoying summary page at the end. So annoying, that I decided, that I won't clean it. So the fancy new text boxes there are my doing.

First release of the year

First of all, happy new year. This release is late by a few days, but a few things really messed up my schedule these last days.

After I finished the chapter, and began renaming the pages (I love ReNamer, it's really useful) I noticed something strange. According to the contents page in chapter 21, this chapter should be pages 37 to 52. Of course, according to the few pages that have actual numbers on them, our numbering is slightly out of sync. But that doesn't change the fact that however I look at it, chapter 22 is not 16, but 21 pages long. I checked the pages at least 3 times, and it really confused me, then I decided, that the one who messed up wasn't me, but whoever wrote the contents.

The long awaited chapter 21 of Aozora no Senki has finally arrived!
I should seriously consider recruiting more staff... First of all a new proofreader... Any volunteers? I would prefer someone with some experience, but don't worry if you don't have any... And as you can clearly see, you won't have to work day and night on all the new chapters (unfortunately).
And it would be pleasant to have one more translator. I trust Yuri's work (and that's very important with translators), but I feel that it's bad if both of us occasionally wake up and complete a chapter only once in a few months.
And editors. I need more editors! I mean... I'm the only one... Even if it's just a bit of help, you can probably hasten the work considerably.

Now that that's out of the way, let's go back to the new chapter. I think I may have mentioned this before, but I love Achea more and more. I mean just look at her face on the first few pages, and then again around page 20... And we're not even near vol 7...

Christmas...

Since the world didn't end, we can continue scanlating Erementar Gerad. It's just a short chapter, which is lucky for me, since I didn't have much time. Still, I hope you will enjoy it.
I think we're starting up again, but I won't have much time for at least a month, so I'm not sure when the next chapter comes. The translations are on the way, and we have raws, and so on. Time though... I'll do what I can.

Sorry for the long wait, we are finally back with some more AnS.
For a long time now this chapter was always scheduled for next week. I didn't really have much time in these last months, and I was even more lazy then usual, which is a very bad combination. I'll try to keep releasing chapters a bit more often from now on, but I can't make promises unfortunately.

Post-Christmas EG

I'm writing this post while uploading the file (my net is slow, so it takes a long time). I know, that everyone was waiting for this EG release, but I didn't have much time to work on it. I wanted to release this on Christmas, but it took too long, so it's late by a few days.
With this release, we have finally finished scanlating Erementar Gerad Red. Thanks to everyone, who worked together with me on this project, and those who have worked on this before me!

MediaFire download problems

Someguy mentioned in the chatbox that the links to Onikirisama chapter 15, and v3 extra are dead. I went to my MediaFire account, checked the files, then checked the urls in the post, and finally downloaded the chapters, and everything was alright. MF updated a few days ago, so I thought that is what causes the problem (I still do), and that maybe Someguy's browser is not up to date. I had to update my firefox too, so that I can upload that chapter.
Today I had to change my opinion about this error. The reason is simple. I tried to download a new chapter from MediaFire, and I only got some error message. It only happens randomly, but refreshing won't work. The only working solution I found so far, is downloading the file from a different IP address. I'm not sure it will work, but it worked for me. Or maybe waiting 6 hours did...
If you have the same problem, please tell me in a comment, I don't know how rare this problem is, but if it's common, then I'll slowly upload all the chapters to a mirror. And hope all the while that MF will solve this little but annoying problem.

Well, chapter 90 is finally here, and this chapter concludes volume 17. One more volume till the end, and everything is on it's way. Also, we started working on the last volume of Onikirisama too. It was mentioned in the chatbox some time ago.
Our forum is finally open (for some time now), though only registered users can read it. It's lonely by myself, so it would be good, if some of you could come.

Long time since the last release, and I can't even blame the summer heat. Well, here's chapter 17. I want to thank Nik again for these amazing raws he provided us with.
After a long time of delaying every work there was on the forum, it's finally ready to be opened. It should open soon, it's out of my hands now. I don't expect much ('caus I have no idea what I want to use this forum for), but I'd be happy if a few of you would come to the discussion topics. It's boring to have a conversation with yourself, and since Zero is offended, that his name was taken, he refuses to register. Well... I'll do something about that :D

Hi there!

Another day with two chapters. Wolx had a really hard day in AnS, and we're back to Sha in Red.
I planned to finally post those damn topics on the forum today (after delaying it a month or two)... But I had the luck, that just today the forum is down for some reason.
There are some mysteries revealed in this EG chapter... And some new mysteries, that I doubt the author has thought about long enough to explain... I don't want to spoiler, so I'll explain it in detail when the forum is ready :D

So, exams finished and I have time for scanlation. Also, in the near future (hopefully) I will reopen the Da-Scan section of the Da forums. Look forward to it! Of course, new chapters will be released on the blog the same as now, and I have no idea what I will use the forum for, but still...
Oh, the old chatbox has been replaced with a new one. I registered on Cbox, and I can moderate the comments. I consider every "blogwalker" post as spam, and delete them.

And also, another thing. Recently there are more and more of these annoying spammers in our chatbox, so I decided to do something about it. The main problem with the chatbox is that I can't moderate comments, and all these idiots just come here, and put out their stupid links. Nearly half the posts are just spam...
You can see the solution I came up with to the left, where the chatbox used to be. It shows the six most recent comments. You can comment on any post, and it will show up there (eventually... for some reason the comments only appear here about an hour after you write them). To make this a bit more like how it used to be, there are two changes to commenting: First, there's no word verification. Second, I don't have to moderate the comments before they appear (but I can still delete the spam later).
For the time being, the chatbox is still there at the bottom.
